Our Team

Our team has been together since August 2005, when Lindsay and Sarah took over ownership of Highdale Day Nursery.

All of our team at Highdale Day Nursery work well together, putting the children's needs first, and demonstrate their dedication to the important job that the do. The staff help to create our friendly, fun environment, boosting the children's self esteem through praise and encouragement.

Highdale Day Nursery follow OFSTED guidelines for our child/ adult ratio but our ratio is often higher. For children aged between 2-3 years the ratio is 1 adult to 4 children, and for children aged 3-5 years it is one adult to 8 children. We ensure that staff are kept up to date with training.

Lindsay Hall

Co Owner, Lindsay has worked at Highdale Day Nursery since August 2002 when it first opened and is responsible for a pre school key worker group. She shares out her time with essential office work. She is responsible for child protection at Highdale Day Nursery.

Sarah Millard
!

Co Owner, Sarah has worked at Highdale Day Nursery from August 2002- August 2004, then returned as part owner in August 2005. Sarah is responsible for her own key group of pre school children and for special educational needs SENCO.

Vicky Griffin

Vicky has been working at Highdale Day Nursery for over a year now and is responsible for a two year old key worker group.

Rebecca Chedzoy

Rebecca has recently joined Highdale Day Nursery and is responsible for a two year old key worker group.

Carol Carter
!
Carol Carter cooks our meals for us every day, from a carefully selected menu. Carol also helps us with the children when we need her to.

Child Support

Jo White, Sandra Warren all work part time for us at Highdale helping us to care for, and support the children in their learning.
